In this first session, we will explore what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. You will have the opportunity to ask me questions and think about whether therapy would benefit you at this time. Crucially, the session will enable you to discover whether you feel comfortable with me.
All contact is with me directly and any messages are kept confidential, so please feel free to leave a voicemail and I will get back to you as soon as I can. There is no obligation to commit to ongoing therapy after the initial meeting.
